Fleetguard oil filter LF16117

Replace the Fleetguard oil filter
After every use the oil will leave a little bit of residue behind in the oil filter. The filter paper will slowly start to get clogged with impurities. The oil filter is often in a place that is not accessible very conveniently when compared to an air filter. To loosen it you best use a sturdy strap or chain. When replacing the oil filter, also remove the old oil and fill the system with clean oil, so the filter does not fill up with sludge.
