Fleetguard oil filter LF689
Moving parts in the machine are lubricated with oil. This oil absorbs impurities that form by wear and combustion and they ensure a smooth movement of parts. Fleetguard has the oil filter LF689 that takes these contaminating particles from the oil. Replace the Fleetguard oil filter
When starting the machine, the oil starts flowing through the system and the oil filter. After many hours of work, the oil filter will slowly start to get clogged signalling it is time for a new oil filter from Fleetguard. These oil filters are often mounted in a place that is not very accessible. We advise a rubber strap, chain or wrench to make it easier to dismount the oil filter. At the same time as replacing the filter, remember to replace the oil so the system runs with a clean supply.
