Fleetguard fuel filter FS19941
Impurities that are in the fuel are filtered out with a fuel filter. This dirt could be water, sand or dust that possibly entered the fuel during a fill up. Without the filter these contaminants can reach the engine unopposed. Replace the fuel filter regularly with the fuel filter FS19941 of Fleetguard. Replacing the Fleetguard fuel filter
From the moment the engine is started, the fuel runs through the hoses and the fuel filter to the engine. In the filter there is a purposely designed technique that separates the water and particles from the fuel and catches it in the filter. These water and pieces will slowly clog the filter. When the filter is used for a longer time it is a good measure to replace it for a brand new Fleetguard Filter. The parts manual prescribes where the fuel filter is mounted on the machine. Normally this will be mounted on a convenient place between the engine and the fuel tank. The fuel filter is recognized by its inlet for the fuel hose and the outlet where the filtered fuel runs through. Make sure you connect the fuel filter in the right way.
