Fleetguard fuel filter FF4070 FF4070
Impurities that are in the fuel are filtered out with a fuel filter. These are particles that should not be in the fuel, like water and dirt. If the fuel filter does not catch these particles, the engine would be full of these potentially damaging pieces. Replace the fuel filter regularly with the fuel filter FF4070 of Fleetguard. Replacing the Fleetguard fuel filter
The fuel runs through the fuel hose to the combustion chamber of the engine. In the filter there is a purposely designed technique that separates the water and particles from the fuel and catches it in the filter. After a while, the filter will be full of water and particles and this can impact the performance of the engine because the fuel cannot pass through the filter properly. When the filter is used for a longer time it is a good measure to replace it for a brand new Fleetguard Filter. The parts manual describes the position of the fuel filter on the machine. This will be somewhere between the fuel tank and the engine. The fuel filter has an inlet for the fuel and an outlet for the cleaned fuel. Check the connection when replacing the fuel filter.
