Replacing the Fleetguard fuel filter
The fuel starts pumping through the system, including the fuel filter, from the moment the engine is started. In the filter there is a purposely designed technique that separates the water and particles from the fuel and catches it in the filter. These water and pieces will slowly clog the filter. Before the filter is fully clogged it is important to replace it for a new one. Check the parts manual for the place of the fuel filter on the machine.
