The wearing parts that fit your Zappator machinery are available at RDM Parts. If you replace the wearing parts of your machine in time, you are guaranteed of optimal performance. Dulling of your Tiller blades is caused by the contact with soil and stones. You can find the right parts for replacement in the parts book ofyour Zappator.

    Attach Tiller blades

A rotary tiller has blades that are alternately attached. Half of the blades turns left and half turns right. The cuttings surface of the tiller blade is placed in a way that it can only be attached one way. When replacing the blades for your Zappator machinery check if the blade turns left or right.

    The shape of tiller blades

For Zappator there are several shapes of tiller blades available. There are C shaped tiller blades that have a gradual bend and L shaped blades that have a sharp band. A C shaped blade is often used at tiller depts that exceed 5 centimetres.

The perpendicular L shaped tiller blade from Zappator needs more power from the machine. For this reason the L shaped blade is used at tilling depts of less than 5 centimetres. The shape does not compact the soil.

    Zappator tiller blade sizes

Handy filters help you with finding the right tiller blades for your Zappator machinery. Besides the left or right turning of the blade it is important to check if the distance between the connection holes and the width of the blade is exactly the same as your current tiller blades. The length that you need depends on the tilling dept.
