Forgot your username?
You know you have an account with our web shop, only you forgot your username and password or just your user name? That can happen. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to automatically retrieve your username through our webshop.
Therefore, please send an e-mail to our customer service indicating what the problem is. Put in the email the following information:
- Your possible mail address,
- Your zip code,
- Your house number,
- Your street name,
- Your company name,
With this information, our customer service will search to see if an account exists with the information you provided. They will then contact you about the outcome.
