Fleetguard fuel filter FF5334
Impurities that are in the fuel are filtered out with a fuel filter. This dirt could be water, sand or dust that possibly entered the fuel during a fill up. Without the fuel filter these particles could cause damage and irregularities in the engine to the point where the engine malfunctions. Replace the fuel filter regularly with the fuel filter FF5334 of Fleetguard. Replacing the Fleetguard fuel filter
The fuel starts pumping through the system, including the fuel filter, from the moment the engine is started. The Fleetguard fuel filter is developed to catch water and particles within its casing with special filtering techniques. When the machine is used for a long time, the filter will slowly start to fill up with the impurities. When the filter is used for a longer time it is a good measure to replace it for a brand new Fleetguard Filter. The parts manual prescribes where the fuel filter is mounted on the machine. Normally this will be mounted on a convenient place between the engine and the fuel tank. The fuel filter has an inlet for the fuel and an outlet for the cleaned fuel. Make sure you connect the fuel filter in the right way.
