Replacing the Fleetguard fuel filter

The fuel runs through the fuel hose to the combustion chamber of the engine. In the filter there is a purposely designed technique that separates the water and particles from the fuel and catches it in the filter. When the machine is used for a long time, the filter will slowly start to fill up with the impurities. Before the filter is fully clogged it is important to replace it for a new one. The parts manual describes the position of the fuel filter on the machine. This is usually on a practical place between the fuel tank and the engine. The fuel filter is recognized by its inlet for the fuel hose and the outlet where the filtered fuel runs through. When mounting the part, check if the fuel filter is properly connected to the system.
