Login instructions for former Turf Machinery users.
New webshop
We are pleased to announce that RDM Parts has acquired Turf Machinery, enhancing our ability to serve you with a broader range of products and services.Your account details have already been transferred to our system.
To continue placing orders, please set up your new RDM Parts password by following these steps:
Step 2
Enter your email address in the blue circled input field with which you used to log in to your old Turf Machinery webshop account.
Step 3
Click on "Request email". An e-mail will now be sent to the e-mail address you entered.
Attention: These emails sometimes could end up in your spam box.
Step 4
Click on the blue link in the email you received. NB! The sender can only be webshop@rdmparts.com or info@rdmparts.com
Step 5
Enter your desired password in the blue circled fields. Then save your password somewhere safe so that you won't lose it.
Step 6
You can now log in to your account with the email address and password you just provided.
Step 7 - Check and update your account details:
To ensure an easy transition from Turf Machinery to RDM Parts, we have already transferred your details to our system.
After you have logged in, we recommend that you check your account details for accuracy:
- Profiledata: Check and update your personal or company details.
- Addresses: Confirm your billing and shipping addresses.
- Employees: Manage employees' access and permissions to order on behalf of your company.
- Payment methods: Set your preferred payment method for seamless checkout.
- Order history: please note that historical orders made at Turf Machinery have not been transferred.
